Lower your corporate carbon footprint by changing to electric vehicles for company fleet and employee company car options. Reduce both emissions and overall running costs.
Encourage employees to use electric vehicles to commute to their place of work and they could benefit from free or reduced rate refuelling at work. Company car drivers purchasing electric vehicles will receive reduced Benefit in Kind costs (7% 2016/2017).
Knowing that they can reliably recharge their electric vehicle at your premises makes customers more likely to visit your business and stay longer.
Under the changes introduced in the 2016 Autumn statement, workplace electric charging equipment qualifies for a 100% first-year capital allowance. This became effective from the 23rd November 2016 and will remain in place until 31st March 2019.
